**Return Policy for Willo Jewellery Design

At Willo Jewellery Design we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that they are in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalized items, unless they are defective.

2. Condition of Items
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item appears to be used or damaged.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over [insert amount, e.g., $50], as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges will be processed as a return followed by a new purchase.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24hours  of receipt accompanied by photos of the damaged item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a full refund or replacement.
